All orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible, usually within 72 hours of receipt of the order.

If for some reason the products are out- of-stock we will notify you immediately. At this point you can either wait, cancel or we can find you a replacement.

We ship exclusively to street and post office box addresses in the 50 states of the USA. HI and AK, will incur additional charges. Shipping charges will be calculated at the time of your order, based on the shipping method you choose. First Class is for packages weighing less than 13 ounces, if you choose that method and the purchase is over that weight, we will ship your package at the closest method matching that shipping choice in cost and arrival time.

You can expect your package to be delivered by UPS or USPS, You will be advised via e-mail, if there is a problem or there is any reason your order cannot be shipped.

Orders are shipped directly from our warehouse via UPS, USPS and FedEx ground, if a fast delivery is needed.

Never accept any damaged packages from carriers. Always inspect all packages and product upon receipt. Freight damage claims must be filed within 5 business days of delivery. Most shipping companies require the original packaging be retained for inspection by representative.

The LowVisionChef site strives to achieve a personal high level of service in our industry. We are not large, but want to give the service and personal support that you only get from a small company. Understanding the needs of the vision impaired people who we deal with is what makes us special in the market. We aim to provide nothing but the best in quality and service

Returns are gladly accepted for 30 days. Returns - The customer is responsible for return shipping but there are no other fees. Many other stores charge a restocking fee for returns, Low Vision Chef does not, you can shop with confidence. NO RESTOCKING FEE! • Contact the Returns Department for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). • Returns received without an RMA will be sent back to the customer, no exceptions. • Items must be in the same condition as when they were shipped. No credit will be given for damaged returns. If you need to return an item please e-mail us, by clicking the link above marked contact us, and request a RMA from our Returns Department. Damaged Products: Your package should be inspected immediately upon receipt from the carrier. Shipping charges cannot be refunded once the items have been signed for-your signature implies that the package was not only received but received in good condition. Sometimes there is hidden damage as well as incorrect products or quantities. At this point you will have to make a claim. *All claims must be received by Low Vision Chef within 5 business days of receipt of products. *Claims reported after 5 business days will not be accepted. *Any damaged or incorrect items will be replaced, at no charge, as soon as possible.

Returned products must be returned in resalable condition. If the item was received in a retail package please return the item in that package with all of the parts including the mounting hardware. Items that have been modified in anyway i/e: cut, stained, painted, drilled, scratched or screwed is not eligible for return. Once your items have been inspected we will then issue you a credit.

The Return instructions will be emailed back to you. Please read our Refund Policy (above) before contacting Returns. You must be issued a RMA# before you return your order. We will credit your account within 48 hours of receiving your return.
