Mango Salsa

2 -Large Mango's diced ½ inch

4 -Sprigs cilantro washed and torn in small pieces or lightly minced

2 -Tablespoons red onion, diced ¼ inch

1- Small Serrano pepper small diced or minced.

1- Lime (for juice)

Kosher salt to taste

Instructions:

In a 2 qt. bowl place the diced mango, red onion, and Serrano pepper

Sprinkle with the cilantro, Lime Juice and season with salt stir and serve at room temperature or cool “your choice”.
