Pizza Dough

1 package or 2 teaspoons yeast

1 tablespoon honey

1 cup warm water

2 tablespoons olive oil, plus additional oil for bowl

1 teaspoon salt

3 cups, unbleached, all-purpose flour;

Dissolve yeast into warm water; Slowly mix in the rest of the ingredients;

Let rise to double size; punch down; knead dough; let rise again;

Spread on pizza pan or pizza stone.

Let dough rest.

Bake in pre-heated 425 degree oven for 25 minutes or until crust is crispy golden brown.
