• Instructions for Microwave:

• 1. Place Camerons Gel Pak on a paper towel and place flat in the microwave.

• Heat for 20 seconds on medium or 50percent power. Remove and redistribute gel inside pak.

• By kneading and repeat until desired temperature is achieved.

• (Not to exceed 150 F) • Discontinue heating if pak expands like a balloon, it is overheated.

• 2. Remove from microwave and carefully check pak for ruptures of leaks. If there are no ruptures or leaks place in casserole tote keeping the towel or light cover in place.

• 3. Heat will dissipate area a period of time. If additional heat is required repeat instructions above.

• Warm Water: 1.0Heat water to desired temperature.

• (Not to exceed 150 F)

• 2. Remove water from heat, NEVER place pak into the water while it is being heated.

• 3. Place Camerons Gel Pak in warm water for 8-12 minutes

• 4. Remove with tongs (do not use sharp utensils), towel dry, and • Check pak for ruptures of leaks. If there are no ruptures or leaks place in casserole tote keeping the towel or light cover in place
